Asia Center for Air Pollution Research (ACAP) carefully retains personal information collected on its tasks in line with the “Information Security Basic Policy” of Japan Environmental Sanitation Center.

ACAP will not use personal information for any purposes other than those in the "Purpose of use for personal information" delineated above. Necessary measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information.

If we outsource the handling services of personal information, the information provided will be within the scope of the purpose, we will audit and supervise the contractors for their appropriate management of the entrusted information, selecting appropriate external contractors with contract of protection of personal information.
2. Personal information will not be disclosed nor provided to a third party except in case of the requirement of disclosure based on law, or without your advance consent.

４　Disclosure of Personal Information

If a person providing his/her personal information wishes to disclose, correct, delete, or stop the usage of it, we will promptly deal with such request after taking necessary procedures such as identity individual unless otherwise stipulated by law.
